Flexibility

Tempolia is a management tool that also allows you to prepare your timesheets to justify your tax credits such as CIR / CII and your subsidies .

We make it easier to manage your business for greater productivity. We support you in your planning and implementation of our GTA tools.

The Tempolia management application is interfaced with 50 accounting software programs, including Cegid Loop, Fulll, Quadra, Sage Coala Genération Expert, ACD, EBP and Ciel.

Technical architecture

Tempolia is available in full web via your browser, and also in SaaS on the cloud for PC, Mac, iPad, Android and Linux .

Our architecture is open with our Tempolia API in OpenAPI 3.0 format to interconnect you in real time with your other business applications.

Tempolia / Temps 2000 retrieves your customers' contact details via the INSEE SIREN API, and generates electronically signed PDF invoices in the modern Factur-X format .

Our management application complies with demanding environments in terms of security and data confidentiality.

You can retrieve your bank entries directly in Tempolia thanks to the new DSP2 standard, with our partner Bridge, a leader in the field.

Compliance with Article 286 of the CGI

For the computerized management of payments, you are subject to tax rules: a certificate of compliance with 3° bis of I of the amended article 286 of the CGI is available in the download area of your customer account on tempolia.com, for your compliance with the anti-VAT fraud law applicable from January 1, 2018.

Inalterability and security

The settlement data you enter into Tempolia is unalterable and secure. Tempolia has implemented blockchain technology to ensure the consistency of settlement data , and authorized modifications (i.e., for unclosed periods) are logged.
Access to settlement information in the database is secure, and settlements cannot be modified directly in the database without going through the security controls of the Tempolia software.

Conservation and archiving

Settlement data must be closed for at least an annual or financial year. Closed data is frozen and can be archived and easily read by the administration in the event of an audit.

Furthermore, the expense reports are conclusive: the invoice photos are stored in a PDF signed by SSL certificate and time-stamped, in accordance with L102 B of the LPF, cf. decree of March 22, 2017 .
