Our services are billed annually, due date, and subject to tacit renewal with 1 month's notice.
Hosting your data
Your data is hosted in France in a database specific to your account. It is independent of other customers' data.
Your database is backed up every night to another data center, on a backup machine that stores daily, weekly, and monthly copies. You will have technical read access to this database to make backups if you wish, and when you wish.
You have full ownership of your data. You can use our software to manipulate it, and we make absolutely no use of your personal data. You can also recover all of your data at any time.

We are here to help you with any specific needs your organization may have. We can tailor our software to your needs: specific developments and custom connectors can be implemented upon request. Our software's unique feature is that it's easily adaptable to your specifications.
Training

Training sessions take place at your premises or via Google Meet and can be organized in several formats:
2-hour sessions, 3.5-hour half-days, or 7-hour full days.
You are free to choose the topics, their order, and the length of time you devote to each. We will provide you with a proposed program that you can adapt to your needs.
In addition, Tempolia offers an online help section as well as boxes within our software to answer specific questions that you may encounter on a daily basis.
