Can PDF documents accompany accounting entries?
Yes, when the target software’s export format or API accepts documents associated with entries. Scoping checks the document types, naming, links and flow limitations; a trial confirms that each document remains available in the correct place after transfer.
How are duplicates avoided?
Before the first export, the flow defines stable identifiers, transfer dates, statuses and recovery rules used to recognise an entry that has already been sent. Interruption, correction and retry tests check that another attempt creates no duplicate and that rejected items remain traceable.
Can a bespoke connector be developed?
Yes, using the target vendor’s documentation, the objects to exchange and representative test data. Scoping defines authentication, API versions, volumes, statuses and errors; feasibility, operational ownership and maintenance are agreed before development begins.
